The 21st edition of Ristora Hotel Sicilia (RHS), the leading Ho.Re.Ca. trade fair in Southern Italy, took place from 22 to 25 February 2026 at the SiciliaFiera exhibition center in Misterbianco (CT).
The event recorded over 15,000 visitors and featured more than 100 brands across 8 thematic areas, including food service, pastry, gelato, hospitality, and bakery.
The 2025 edition of Ristora Hotel Sicilia (RHS), held from 2 to 5 March, featured a renewed format called "RHS Special Edition".
This exclusive spin-off was designed to celebrate twenty years of the trade fair’s success, focusing on specific pillars of the foodservice sector, and was entirely dedicated to gelato and pastry.

The edition, characterized by a strong push toward internationalization and technical updates, covered over 8,000 sqm, allowing exhibitors to set up large stands for machinery and equipment. The fair encompassed the entire Ho.Re.Ca. supply chain, with specific focus on restaurants, bars, gelato, pastry, pizzeria, and bakery sectors.
