The 15th edition of Ristora Hotel Sicilia (RHS) took place from 10 to 13 November 2018 at the Bicocca Exhibition Center, located within the Wholesale Trade Center of the City of Catania, marking an important milestone as the fair celebrated its first fifteen years of activity.
The edition, characterized by a strong push toward internationalization and technical updates, covered over 8,000 sqm, allowing exhibitors to set up large stands for machinery and equipment. The fair encompassed the entire Ho.Re.Ca. supply chain, with specific focus on restaurants, bars, gelato, pastry, pizzeria, and bakery sectors.
